For our completely renovated Braunbär Hotel & Spa, we are looking for a chef who will help us to develop the concept
and further improve the high standard of our cuisine.

Mission
Organisation of all procedures of the kitchen
Leading a team of 9 chefs
Purchasing, inventory and cost control
Responsibility for the hygine according to HACCP
Preparation of à la carte and halfboard menus incl. recipes and food cost
Organising Events at the grillkota and fondue gondola, taking care of the guests
Profil
Professional training in the hotel industry and several years work experience as head chef in hotels
Knowledge of mountain cuisine
Excellent team leader
Able to work under pressure
Fluent in English (German is not a must but a plus!)
Creative and a love for details
Motivated to become a part of the project team
